Payment Terms and Conditions

Deposits for Initial Visit

When booking your first visit, we will ask for a $100 deposit at the time of booking to confirm your appointment and reserve the allocated time specifically for you. This is not an additional fee but comes off the cost of your treatment.

Returning and regular patients of good standing will not be required to pay a deposit at the time of booking subsequent appointments.

Our Fees

Our fees are determined on a basis of the clinical time taken, materials and equipment costs and other overheads of the practice. We use best practice techniques, best in class materials and experienced staff to provide our patients with great care.

Fees are charged on a per service basis.


We will happily provide a written, itemised treatment plan if requested.

Fees quoted in treatment plans are valid for three months from the date when the treatment plan is provided.

Fees are not negotiable.


Payment is due on the day of treatment.

For your convenience, we accept cash, eftpos, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

If you have an outstanding account that exceeds our trading terms and is passed over for collection, you will be liable for all reasonable expenses (including contingent expenses such as debt collection commission) and legal costs (on a full indemnity basis) incurred by 24 / 7 Dental for enforcement of obligations and recovery of monies due from you to 24 / 7 Dental.

Health Insurance

Our HICAPS terminal will allow you to immediate claim payment from your participating health insurer. Please note that rebate amounts are determined by your health insurer and may have little or no correlation to the actual professional fees incurred.

Attendance at Appointments

Your appointment time has been reserved just for you and cannot be easily reassigned to another patient. We may well have turned away other patients in pain so that we can care for you.

Appointments missed without 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee being charged or a deposit being required for future appointments book.
